Having previously worked as an instructor and chef in restaurants across Italy, London and the rest of the UK, I can ensure the pizza training you undertake is an invaluable piece of training. Having worked with Master Simone Padoan, I have all the necessary pizza skills, to provide trainees throughout London, with a professional pizza course; where you will learn everything from stretching pizza dough, types of yeast and much more.
The pizza course I offer to customers throughout London and throughout the surrounding areas, is held at Yard Sale Pizza, where I am also a Chef. When you participate in the pizza course you will learn everything you need to know about pizzas and will be taught how to cook them in a traditional wood oven.
When you book a pizza course from Richard Regalado Pizza School, you’ll be enrolled into a 15 day course which runs from 8-12, Monday to Thursday. With many previous students travelling from areas across London and the surrounding areas to take part in my pizza course, Richard Regalado Pizza School should be your first port of call when it comes to wanting to learn about the skill of how to make pizzas.
With a simple online booking system, you’ll be able to easily browse throughout the calendar to book onto the pizza course at a date that’s suitable to you. Working alongside myself, you’ll learn everything there is to know about creating and baking the perfect homemade pizza, all of which will be carried out using a traditional wood oven to bake the pizza. Here at the Italian Pizza School of the chef Regalado, we also offer a course for amateurs to learn the ropes of the pizza processes, to replicate them in your own and have an amazing home-made pizza when you want. We will work with sourdough pizza and you will learn how to make the dough and manage the fermentation of it, stretch it, top it and cook it.
The course will consist in two session of 4 hours each, held during the weekends.

The total cost of the course is of £350
You will be able to pay through a Bank Transfer prior the course or On-site with Cash or Card.
To make a booking, you will need to pay a £150.00 deposit. This will ensure your place on the course is reserved ready for you to make further payments prior to each week of the course. For example, when taking a 3 week course, you will need to have the full course paid off before the 3rd week of the course begins.
